Rob Hill called the meeting to order at 7:30 A.M., introduced and welcomed John Hoffman and Jackie Belanger and turned the meeting over to them.
John Hoffman gave a presentation on “Understanding Some Aspects of the Building Envelope”. A copy of the presentation is attached for member’s information.
A lively discussion followed the presentation.
Rob Hill thanked John Hoffman and Jackie Belanger for their informative and thought provoking presentation.
Business Meeting (In Camera)
§ Due to time restraints a short business meeting followed with the presentation of the monthly correspondence.
§ Due to the Christmas Season, there will not be a General Meeting held in December. January 15, 2003 will be the annual Wine and Cheese. Elected officials and staff will be invited from the Regional District of Nanaimo, the City of Parksville and the Town of Qualicum Beach.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 A.M.
